What is Lyophilization?

Lyophilization is a technique of dehydration by refrigeration and vacuum. A balance between the pressure and temperature helps in drying aqueous preparation while respecting the integrity of living cells (e.g.: bacteria), as well as complex and delicate structures (e.g.: enzymes, proteins).

       *In bulk: this type of lyophilization is done when a type of subsequent packaging is planned. The solution that has to be lyophilized is divided on sterilised stainless steel plates.

       *After distribution in sterilised or non-sterile bottles.

       *Supply of our freeze-driers for any lyophilization according to your parameters.
